火电建设中国整个能源结构布局的一个最重要环节。火电建设工程造价管理贯穿于工程建设的整个过程,分为事前、事中和事后3个阶段,其中应以事前控制为主,事中控制为辅,事后控制为补充,建立有效的控制体系。文章在分析我国工程造价构成的基础上,分别对事前、事中和事后3个阶段的工程造价控制方案进行了阐述,并分析了BIM在工程造价全过程控制中带来的变革及其作用。这对火电建设工程中设计人员、项目实施人员及业主人员都具有一定的借鉴意义。
Thermal power construction in China, the layout of the entire energy structure of a most important part. The paper also analyzes the BIM’s change and its function in the whole project cost control. This thermal power construction project designers, project implementation staff and owners have a certain reference value.
