自1993年12月～1995年1月,我院应用双腔子宫造影管,结台注入碘油及利多卡因行子宫输卵管造影术34例取得完全成功,本法具有操作方便,病人无痛苦等优点,现报告如下。1 资料和方法1.1 临床资料:子宫输卵管造影指征为怀疑有宫内病变、输卵管阻塞或原因不明的女性不孕症。选取女性不孕症122例,设立1个实验组,2个对照组。其中实验组34例,年龄21～34岁,平均26.6岁。对照组1,43例,年龄22～35岁.平均28.5岁,采用传统方法.
