随着现代质量概念的拓展及核安全法规的发展,核电总承包企业管理体系的一体化整合已成为必然趋势。文章对企业目前存在的多个管理体系进行共性分析,应用质量环(PDCA循环:计划-执行-检查-处理)方法,提出了一套进行管理体系一体化整合的基本思路与方法,旨在为核电总承包企业建立一体化的管理体系提供参考。
With the development of the concept of modern quality and the development of nuclear safety regulations, the integrated integration of the management system of EPC contractors has become an inevitable trend. The article carries on the common analysis to the multiple existing management systems in the enterprise and applies the method of quality circle (PDCA cycle: plan-execution-check-process) to put forward a set of basic ideas and methods for integrated management system. Nuclear power contracting enterprises to establish an integrated management system for reference.
