对髋关节生物力学的研究在诊断及治疗髋关节疾病中有重要的意义。有限元技术结合生物力学及工程结构计算机辅助分析方法,为骨科研究提供了新的思路和方法。有限元技术对于髋关节骨折机制的阐述及优化内固定等方面的研究已得到广泛应用。而在髋关节置换方面正逐渐在假体选择和取用中发挥重要的作用。儿童髋关节疾病的有限元分析也正在逐步开展,而其生长发育特性是不同于成人且必须考虑的组成部分。
The study of hip biomechanics is of great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of hip joint diseases. Finite element technology combined with biomechanics and computer aided analysis of engineering structure provides a new way of thinking for orthopedic research. Finite element technology for the hip fracture mechanism elaboration and optimization of internal fixation and other aspects of the research has been widely used. In the hip replacement is gradually in prosthesis selection and access to play an important role. Finite element analysis of hip disease in children is also progressively being carried out, and its growth and development characteristics are different from adults and must be considered.
