现代廉政理念是廉政文化建设的前提,该理念由九大意识构成。它的提出是依据是:性恶论是现代廉政理念形成的观念预设、专制恐惧感是催生现代廉政理念的强烈动因,社会民意构成现代廉政理念的终极基础。我们要从五个层面消解中国传统消极文化对现代廉政理念影响。
The concept of modern clean government is a prerequisite for the building of a clean and honest government. This concept consists of nine major consciousness. Its proposition is based on the following aspects: the theory of sexuality and evil is the concept presupposition formed by the concept of modern honest government, the sense of authoritarian fear is the strong motivation to promote the concept of modern honest government, and the social public opinion constitutes the ultimate foundation of modern concept of honest government. We need to dispel the influence of the traditional negative culture of China on the concept of modern clean government from five aspects.
