公司“十二五”发展战略明确提出了杭氧气体发展的战略目标,随着上市募集资金的到位,公司加快了气体投资的步伐,截至2014年三季度末,公司共拥有28家气体公司。为对气体公司进行有效地管控,公司采取了气体公司总经理和财务经理由集团公司聘用并外派的管理方式。28家气体公司共派出财务经理14人,很大一部分人兼管着两家以上气体公司的财务工作。
The Company’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” development strategy clearly sets out the strategic target of the development of Hangzhou Oxygen gas.
