两位来自知名跨国公司的空降主管临危受命,负责公司两个重要的部门:新任首席技术官叶猛全面负责公司的技术研发,市场总监武鸣则全面接手市场工作。很不幸地,只在公司一年的时间,叶猛就在公司的劝说下“主动”离职;市场部总监武鸣也于一周后提出了离职。表面上看起来,这是一个空降部队无法展现绩效、因而不得不请辞的个案,然而,更应该探讨的是他们不能发挥绩效的根本原因。否则,只是从个人能力讨论去留而忽视大环境,李建国的就任只能是在短时间内徒增第三只“替罪羊”罢了。
Two heads of airborne executives from well-known multinational corporations were in jeopardy for being responsible for two important divisions of the company: the newly appointed chief technology officer, Ye Meng, was overall responsible for the company’s technology research and development while the marketing director Wuming took over the market. Unfortunately, only in the company a year, Ye Meng persuaded the company “initiative ” to leave; Marketing Director Wuming also proposed to leave a week later. Apparently, this is a case where airborne forces can not show performance and thus have to resign. However, it should be more about the root causes of their inability to perform their performance. Otherwise, Li Guoguo’s assumption of office will only be to impose a third “scapegoat” within a short period of time simply by discussing his personal ability and neglecting the general environment.
