研究了3Cr2W8V和M2基体进行离子氮化和离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合强度和强化机理。利用XRD法分析了涂层的相结构,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力,并用SEM观察分析了划痕形貌。结果表明,离子氮化与离子镀TiN复合涂层的结合力和硬度均高于TiN单层;合理的硬度梯度分布、膜基界面冶金结合、TiN沉积过程中离子氮化ε-Fe2-3N相的含量减少、离子氮化过渡层对顶层TiN涂层有力的支撑作用,是复合涂层强化的主要原因。
The bonding strength and strengthening mechanism of 3Cr2W8V and M2 substrates for ion nitriding and ion plating TiN composite coatings were studied. The phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. The adhesion of the coating was measured by scratch method. The morphology of the scratches was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the binding strength and hardness of TiN composite coatings with ion nitriding and ion plating are both higher than those of TiN single layer. The reasonable hardness gradient distribution, the film-based interface metallurgical bonding and the ion nitriding ε-Fe2-3N phase during TiN deposition The content of ion nitrided transition layer on the top TiN coating strong supporting role is the main reason for strengthening the composite coating.
