1883年英国生理学家Sidney Ringer在离体蛙心实验中发现Ca~(2+)与肌肉收缩有关。此后许多研究证明:Ca~(2+)参与多方面的代谢调节,神经递质的释放、血液凝固、分泌和转运、许多细胞过程(如胞吐和胞饮作用、细胞分化、细胞移动、受精和细胞增殖)等。Ca~(2+)被确认为胞内第二信使。而上述过程都要通过专一的细胞内钙结合蛋白介导来完成。
In 1883, Sidney Ringer, a British physiologist, found that Ca2 + is involved in muscle contraction in isolated frog heart experiments. Since then many studies have shown that Ca2 + is involved in various aspects of metabolic regulation, neurotransmitter release, blood coagulation, secretion and transport, many cellular processes (such as exocytosis and pinocytosis, cell differentiation, cell movement, fertilization And cell proliferation) and so on. Ca ~ (2+) was identified as intracellular second messenger. All of these processes are mediated by a specific intracellular calcium-binding protein.
