The deformation, fracture process and surface crack characteristics of Ti-48Al-2Mn-2Nb alloy formed by centrifugal spray deposition (CSD) were studied. CSD alloy deformation may occur along the layer as a sliding unit along the interfacial sliding interface: CSD alloy compression deformation may exceed 25%, but only 1% compression deformation has been observed in the initiation of micro-cracks , Cracks and lamination into a certain angle, parallel to the direction of compression.
