丙烯酸酯装置以丙烯酸、甲醇/乙醇、正丁醇和异辛醇为原料,经反应、萃取、回收、精制后得到高纯度的丙烯酸酯类产品。其中,丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯是共用一套装置切换生产的,以阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,采用丙烯酸比醇过量得摩尔比,循环利用回收酸和回收醇;丙烯酸丁酯/异辛酯生产以对甲苯磺酸和甲磺酸为催化剂,采用醇比酸过量的摩尔比反应。本文主要以丙烯酸丁酯装置为参照,与另外两套装置进行对比分析。按三套丙烯酸酯化装置特点,将三套装置分为反应单元、萃取回收单元、精制单元和重组分分解单元三大部分进行对比。
