目的 :探讨头帽颏兜治疗早期骨型前牙反的效果。方法 :使用头帽颏兜 ,双侧共施加 70 0～ 10 0 0g的矫治力治疗早期骨型前牙反患者 136例 ,通过治疗前后模型 ,计算每一患者下颌相对于上颌位置变化的距离。分析 4个年龄组患者的下颌相对于上颌位置变化的距离、疗程及下颌相对于上颌位置变化的速度。结果 :C1、C2 、C3 组患者 (3～ 11岁 )疗效明显 ,C1组患者 (3～ 5岁 )疗程最短。结论 :应用头帽颏兜治疗早期骨型前牙反疗效明显。
Objective: To investigate the effect of headgear chin pocket on the treatment of early bony anterior crossbite. Methods: Using headgear chin pocket, a total of 70 0 ~ 100 g orthodontics were applied to treat 136 patients with early ankle ankle tibialis anterior tibia. The distance between mandibular position and maxillary position was calculated by the model before and after treatment . The distance, course of treatment, and the rate of change of mandibular relative to maxillary position of mandibular relative to maxillary position in 4 age groups were analyzed. Results: Patients in C1, C2 and C3 groups (3 to 11 years old) had obvious curative effect. Patients in C1 group (3 to 5 years old) had the shortest course of treatment. Conclusion: The application of headgear chin pocket in the treatment of anterior bony anterior crossbite significantly.
