油豆在我国东北地区种植较广,很受消赞者欢迎。而在山东各地几乎没有种植。油豆属于豆科菜豆属,实际上是菜豆的一种,因其种子近圆形、胖大,俗称油豆。油豆的营养价值很高,它富含蛋白质、维生素A、B_1、B_2、C及钙、铁等矿物质,纤维少,风味浓,尤以炖食,很受老年人及儿童欢迎。我们从黑龙江省农业科学院园艺研究所引进5个优良油豆品种。于1996年进行了春播栽培试验。一、供试品种有一粒王、黑江豆宽、早架油豆、紫花油豆和黑花架油豆。 Bean oil growing in northeast China is widely welcomed by consumers.
