在13例鼻咽癌(NPC)患者和13例正常对照中检查了几种致癌剂对培养的淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)的影响。自发的及MMC、DMN和AFB_1诱发的SCE,NPC患者与对照无差异。BP和DBA在体外并不明显增加正常人淋巴细胞SCE率,但却使NPC患者SCE率显著增加,两者之间的差异有显著性(P<0.005和P<0.01)。 除MMC外,BP、DBA、DMN和AFB_1对细胞周期均有轻度的延迟作用,但患者与对照之间没有程度的不同。 研究结果提示,以SCE作为指标,NPC患者可能对多环烃类致癌剂比较敏感。
The effect of several carcinogens on sister chromatid exchange (SCE) in cultured lymphocytes was examined in 13 nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients and 13 normal controls. Spontaneous and SCE induced by MMC, DMN, and AFB_1, no difference between NPC patients and controls. BP and DBA did not significantly increase the SCE rate of normal human lymphocytes in vitro, but it increased the SCE rate of NPC patients significantly (P<0.005 and P<0.01). With the exception of MMC, BP, DBA, DMN, and AFB_1 all had a slight delay in cell cycle, but there was no difference in degree between patient and control. The results suggest that patients with NPC may be more sensitive to polycyclic hydrocarbon carcinogens using SCE as an indicator.
