粉末动态压实是近几十年发展起来的材料加工的新方法,属于高能率加工范畴。它对人工制取特殊性能新材料具有重要的意义,也是合成新材料的重要途径。无论在材料学科的发展上,还是在工程技术进步及潜在的应用上都具有很大的价值。 本文简要地论述了压实方法、装置及冲击波与材料的作用、压实机理及参数、压实件的微观结构和性能以及应用的实例。同时,对粉末动态压实研究领域取得的主要成就和进展、现状和水平也做了概括和叙述。
Dynamic compaction of powder is a new method of material processing developed in recent decades and belongs to the field of high-energy-rate processing. It is of great importance to the artificial preparation of new materials with special properties and is also an important way to synthesize new materials. It has great value both in the development of materials science and in the progress of engineering technology and its potential application. This paper briefly discusses the compaction method, device and the role of shock wave and material, compaction mechanism and parameters, the microstructure and properties of compacted parts and examples of its application. At the same time, the main achievements and progress made in the field of dynamic compaction of powder are summarized and described.
