这篇论文介绍的是县有高性能和良好独立性的微处理器。故障公差用基于冗余的误差处理结构通过诊断机构的正确组合和综合得到,诊断机构称作α计数。得到的故障公差采略然后通过随机仿真方法采评估,这个由所选择机构的相互依赖性决定。主要就可运行性进了分析,结果用来评估从相互独立性和效果的观点判断某个特定的设计是否优于别的设计。
This paper describes the county’s microprocessors with high performance and good independence. Error tolerances are obtained using the correct combination and synthesis of the error-handling structures based on redundancy through diagnostic mechanisms, referred to by the diagnostic organization as alpha counts. The fault tolerances obtained are then evaluated by a random simulation method, which is determined by the interdependencies of the chosen mechanisms. Mainly run into the analysis, the results used to assess the perspective of mutual independence and effectiveness of judging whether a particular design is superior to other designs.
