企业的本质是一种资源配置的机制,企业的目标是追求利润最大化,而企业投资正是企业追求利润最大化的主要手段。企业投资管理是指为了提高竞争力或获得最大投资收益,而对投资的各项要素或环节进行策划、决策、组织和控制的过程。在房地产建设项目实施过程中,投资活动起了相当重要的作用。如何合理确定项目投资、有效控制项目投资成本、保障业主的利益,实现提高投资效益、规避投资风险、确保工程质量和工期的目标,是房地产建设项目投资控制的重要技术工作。本文对房地产企业投资管理进行了探究。
The essence of an enterprise is a mechanism for resource allocation. The goal of an enterprise is to maximize profit while enterprise investment is the main means by which enterprises pursue profit maximization. Enterprise investment management refers to the process of planning, decision-making, organizing and controlling various elements or links of investment in order to increase competitiveness or gain maximum investment income. In the real estate construction project implementation process, investment activities played a very important role. How to reasonably determine the project investment, effectively control the investment cost of the project, protect the interests of the owner, realize the investment efficiency, avoid the investment risk and ensure the quality and duration of the project are important technical tasks in the investment control of the real estate construction project. This article explores the investment management of real estate enterprises.
