目的:探讨乳腺癌CT征象与肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)表达的相关性。方法:选择我院收治临床资料完整、经手术和病理确诊的浸润性乳腺癌患者40例。收集所有患者术前CT检查资料,并应用免疫组织化学染色检测术后乳腺癌标本中VEGF、MVD的表达水平,分析乳腺癌术前CT征象与VEGF、MVD表达的关系。结果:40例乳腺癌中VEGF与MVD值呈显著的正相关关系(r=0.679,P<0.01),且VEGF表达阳性率和MVD值在不同组织学类型间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。VEGF、MVD的表达与乳腺癌CT征象中肿瘤大小、分叶征、毛刺征、局部皮肤改变、腋窝淋巴结转移、邻近器官受侵犯密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),而与钙化无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌的CT征象与VEGF、VD表达密切相关,综合分析两者有助于临床正确评估患者预后和制定合适的治疗方案。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between CT features and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in breast cancer. Methods: 40 cases of invasive breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were selected in our hospital for clinical treatment. Preoperative CT examination data of all patients were collected. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in breast cancer specimens. The relationship between the preoperative CT signs and the expression of VEGF and MVD in breast cancer was analyzed. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between VEGF and MVD in 40 cases of breast cancer (r = 0.679, P <0.01). The positive rates of VEGF and MVD in different histological types had no significant difference (P> 0.05) . The expression of VEGF and MVD was closely related to tumor size, lobulation, spiculation, local skin changes, axillary lymph node metastasis and invasion of adjacent organs (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in CT signs of breast cancer, but not with calcification P> 0.05). Conclusion: The CT signs of breast cancer are closely related to the expression of VEGF and VD, and the comprehensive analysis of the two may be helpful to the clinical evaluation of patients’ prognosis and the development of suitable treatment plans.
