采用经口灌胃法对ES-生物烯丙菊酯原药进行大鼠两代繁殖试验。设对照组和低、中、高3个剂量组,各组染毒剂量分别为0、8、25、70 mg/(kg.d),观察亲代及子代大鼠的行为表现,并计算交配成功率、受孕率、活产率、出生存活率、哺育成活率等繁殖指数。ES-生物烯丙菊酯原药试验期间,亲代、子代雌性大鼠妊娠后至染毒结束时出现抽搐、震颤、流涎等中毒症状,并有死亡发生,死亡率为2%。染毒第8周,亲代高剂量组雄性大鼠血红蛋白与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),雌性大鼠红细胞计数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);子一代高剂量组雄性大鼠血红蛋白与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),雌性大鼠丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子一代高剂量组哺乳期第4天仔鼠窝重及第14天仔鼠体重与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);亲代、子代大鼠的交配成功率、受孕率、活产率、出生存活率、哺育成活率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。提示在本实验条件下,高剂量组70 mg/(kg.d)未观察到ES-生物烯丙菊酯原药对雌、雄性大鼠繁殖机能的毒性作用。
