本文针对户县乡镇地质灾害检测员队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出了加强乡镇地质灾害检测员队伍建设的措施:一要选强配齐地质灾害隐患点监测员,强化监测员队伍管理;二要明确地质灾害监测员的职责;三要把监测人员误工补助纳入财政预算;四要健全地质灾害环境治理机构和队伍,切实提高乡镇的防灾治灾水平。 In this paper, according to the main problems in the construction of the team of geohazard inspectors in Huxian township, the measures to strengthen the construction of team of geohazard inspectors in villages and towns are put forward. First, It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of the monitoring staff of geological disasters. Third, monitoring workers’ loss of part-time allowances should be included in the financial budget. Fourth, we must improve the institutions and teams for geological disaster and environmental governance so as to effectively raise the level of disaster prevention and disaster prevention in villages and towns.
