本文介绍了基于8098单片微机的多点巡回温度测量系统,结合系统配置,文章着重阐述了其硬件构成方法和软件设计思想。该系统有几个特点:不同分度号的热电偶共用一套前置放大电路,具有冷端温度自动补偿和自校零;带有可编程时基;带有打印接口,可配接TX-850型窄行打印机;软件中采用新颖的压缩查表法进行热电偶非线性特性的校正。整个系统集测量、处理、显示、打印于一体,构成微机化多点温度巡回测量仪表。
This paper introduces a multi-point touring temperature measurement system based on 8098 single-chip microcomputer. Combining with the system configuration, the article focuses on its hardware configuration and software design. The system has several features: different index number of thermocouples share a preamplifier circuit, with a cold junction temperature compensation and self-zero; with a programmable time base; with a print interface, can be connected with the TX- 850 narrow-line printer; the software uses a novel compression look-up table method for non-linear correction of the thermocouple. The entire system sets the measurement, processing, display, printing in one, constitute a computerized multi-point temperature circuit measurement instrumentation.
