为了解贵阳口岸及周边地区人群登革病毒感染状况,采用ELISA法对755份血清样本进行登革病毒抗体检测。从中检出登革病毒抗体阳性55例,阳性率为7.28%。贵阳机场工作人员、兴义机场工作人员、册亨县居民登革病毒IgG抗体阳性率分别为7.5%、4.5%和7.2%。不同地区、不同民族、不同年龄组人群登革病毒IgG抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由于存在登革病毒感染,口岸检验检疫机构应加强对口岸地区人群和蚊媒的监测力度,强化登革热的防控措施,密切关注登革热的疫情动态。 To understand the status of dengue virus infection in the population of Guiyang and its surrounding areas, 755 serum samples were tested for dengue virus antibody by ELISA. 55 cases of positive dengue virus antibodies were detected, the positive rate was 7.28%. The positive rates of dengue virus IgG in Guiyang Airport staff, Xingyi Airport staff and residents in Chhenghang County were 7.5%, 4.5% and 7.2% respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of dengue virus IgG antibodies in different regions, ethnic groups and different age groups (P> 0.05). Due to the presence of dengue virus infection, the inspection and quarantine authorities at ports should step up monitoring of population and mosquito vectors in ports and ports, intensify the prevention and control measures of dengue fever, and pay close attention to the epidemic situation of dengue fever.
