我们以前的工作表明尾核注射P物质能抑制胃肌电快波和胃运动,该效应是通过胆碱能M受体介导的。本文观察到P物质的抑胃效应可分别被尾核注射P物质抗血清、P物质受体拮抗剂[Arg6,D-Trip7,9,MePhe8]-SP6-11以及多巴胺D2受体阻断剂氟哌啶醇所消除;尾核注射多巴胺对胃肌电快波和胃运动也有抑制作用,且能被尾核注射氟哌啶醇以及阿托品所阻断。据此,我们设想尾核P物质可能是通过多巴胺D2受体兴奋胆碱能M受体实现其抑制胃肌电快波和胃运动的效应。
Our previous work shows that injection of substance P into the caudate nucleus inhibits gastric myoelectric fast waves and gastric motility mediated by cholinergic M receptors. In this paper, we observed that the inhibitory effect of substance P can be respectively injected into the caudate nucleus by substance P antiserum, substance P receptor antagonist [Arg6, D-Trip7,9, MePhe8] -SP6-11 and dopamine D2 receptor antagonist fluorine Piperidin eliminated; caudal injection of dopamine gastric myoelectric fast wave and gastric motility also inhibited, and can be caudate nucleus injection of haloperidol and atropine block. Based on this, we hypothesize that caudate nucleus P-substance may contribute to the inhibition of gastric myoelectric fast wave and gastric motility through the activation of cholinergic M receptor via dopamine D2 receptors.
