根据图书馆员工作满意度的各个相关因素,结合深圳地区特色,课题组设计了深圳地区公共图书馆员工作满意度调查问卷并进行实证研究。从理论基础、研究方法、研究内容、对策分析等角度,对图书馆员的工作满意度进行了全面分析,力图真实、全面地反映深圳地区公共图书馆员的工作满意度状况,并提出一些有效的建议。
