近年来一些实验室的工作证明,内啡肽可能参与心血管活动的调节,但对这种调节过程的生理意义还不很清楚。有人认为内啡肽参与某些循环休克的发病,故提出将鸦片受体阻断剂用于治疗休克。另外有人报告内啡肽与高血压的发病也可能有关。本文作者曾观察针刺或刺激躯体神经在实验性高血压和自发性高血压动物中的降压效应,发现内啡肽也参与这种降压机制。关于针刺和肌肉运动的降压效应以及它们与内啡肽之间的关系,文中也作了初步的讨论。
In recent years, some laboratories have proved that endorphins may be involved in the regulation of cardiovascular activity, but the physiological significance of this regulatory process is not yet clear. Some people think that endorphins are involved in the pathogenesis of certain circulatory shock, it is proposed that opioid receptor blockers for the treatment of shock. In addition it was reported that endorphins may also be related to the incidence of hypertension. The authors have observed that acupuncture or stimulation of somatic nerve in hypertensive and spontaneously hypertensive animals, antihypertensive effect and found that endorphins are also involved in this mechanism of antihypertensive. On the acupuncture and muscle antihypertensive effect and their relationship with endorphins, the article also made a preliminary discussion.
