目的比较哈尔滨地区安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错畸形患者唇形态的差异,探讨头影线性测量与头影区域测量之间的关系。方法选取120例哈尔滨地区18~25岁女性错畸形患者为研究对象,根据治疗前头颅定位侧位片上∠ANB大小划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类骨型,每类骨型各有40例患者,要求型与骨型一致。对其X线头颅定位侧位片上21项唇部软组织项目进行测量,并采用SPSS13.0统计软件对测量结果进行方差分析和两两比较。结果安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错畸形患者唇形态的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以安氏Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅲ类为序,上唇-审美平面距、上唇突度、上下唇突度差、软组织ANB角、下唇中部面积呈递减趋势,下唇倾角、下唇基角和上唇上部面积呈递增趋势。以安氏Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅰ类为序,颏唇沟角和Z角呈递增趋势,下唇-审美平面距呈递减趋势。上下唇长度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错畸形的唇形态有一定差异,按照Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅲ类的顺序,唇部软组织覆盖有倾向于减小上唇突度和增加下唇突度的趋势。头影区域测量能够准确反映唇部组织的分布情况。
Objective To compare the lip shape of patients with Angle ¢ ó, ¢ ò, and ¢ ò malformations in Harbin and discuss the relationship between cephalometric linear measurement and cephalometric measurement. Methods A total of 120 cases of malformation deformities in 18 ~ 25 years old women in Harbin were enrolled in this study. According to the size of upper pancreas ANB in the craniofacial locator, 40 cases were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ types , Requiring type and bone type. Twenty-one labial soft tissue items of the X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs were measured, and the results were analyzed by ANOVA and pairwise comparisons using SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results There were significant differences in the lip shape of patients with Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malformations (P <0.05). The order of Class Ⅱ, Ⅰ and Ⅲ was upper lip-aesthetic distance, The difference of labial protrusion, ANB angle of soft tissue, central area of lower lip showed a decreasing trend. The inclination of lower lip, lower lip angle and upper lip area showed an increasing trend. In the order of Angle Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅰ, the chin and lip furrow angle and Z angle showed an increasing trend, while the lower lip - aesthetic flat distance showed a decreasing trend. There was no significant difference in the length of upper and lower lip (P> 0.05). Conclusion There are some differences in the lip morphology of Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion. According to the order of Ⅱ, Ⅰ and Ⅲ, the lip soft tissue coverage tends to reduce the lip protrusion and increase the lip protrusion. Cephalometric measurements accurately reflect lip tissue distribution.
