系统地研究了激光表面合金化(铁、铬合金)对低合金表面性能的影响.结果表明,采用较高的扫描速度和大于3kw的激光功率可以获得稳定的焊道形状.此外,激光表面处理的一个显著特点是可以获得成分均匀的焊道.Fe/Cr比不同,焊道的耐蚀性也不同.随焊道中的真实Cr含量增加,维钝电流密度I_a和钝化电流密度I_p都下降,耐蚀性增加.这些试验结果都为使用Cr做为表面耐蚀合金添加剂提供了依据.
The effects of laser surface alloying (Fe and Cr) on the surface properties of low alloy have been studied systematically.The results show that the stable weld bead shape can be obtained with high scanning speed and laser power more than 3kw.In addition, laser surface treatment Is one of the most notable features of the weld.With the different Fe / Cr ratio, the corrosion resistance of the weld bead is also different.With the increase of the real Cr content in the weld bead, both the blunted current density I_a and the passivation current density I_p decrease , Corrosion resistance increases.The results of these tests provide the basis for the use of Cr as a corrosion resistant alloy additive.
