目前,老年人糖尿病并多器官衰竭(MOF)专题报道尚少,本文就我院1960～1990年老年人糖尿病并MOF32例,进行总结分析。临床资料一、本组病例均符合王上雯提出的老年人MOF诊断标准。男18例,女14例,平均年龄66岁。糖尿病病程<10年3例,10～15年6例,15～20年14例,>20年9例。10例死亡,病死率为31.3%。二、诱因以感染较多见,其诱因引起器官衰竭的死亡表率见附表。附表老年人糖尿病并MOP的诱因及其死亡率
At present, there are still few reports on diabetes mellitus and multiple organ failure (MOF) in the elderly. In this paper, 32 cases of diabetes mellitus and MOF in our hospital from 1960 to 1990 were analyzed.
