近年来 ,“统计优质服务”的号声不绝于耳 ,但如何真正做到上下兼顾、内外并举 ,找准两者结合的最佳点 ,既使各界满意 ,又强自身素质却一直是个难点。对此 ,杭州市统计局做了积极的探索和有益的尝试 ,并取得了明显的成效 ,为我们更好地变“三个不满意”为“三个满意”提供了值得借鉴的经验和启示。
In recent years, there has been a steady stream of “statistics on quality service”. However, it is always a difficult point to make the best of both worlds both within and outside the realm of both top-down and bottom-up. In this regard, Hangzhou Bureau of Statistics has done a positive exploration and useful attempts, and achieved remarkable results, which provides us with much experience and enlightenment for us to make “three dissatisfactions” better for “three satisfaction”. .
