分别用3种生物源杀虫剂处理蓝莓果蝇的幼虫及蛹,研究不同药剂对蓝莓果蝇化蛹率和羽化率的影响。发现供试药剂对蓝莓果蝇化蛹、羽化均有一定抑制作用。其中,1.8%阿维菌素乳油1 000倍、1 500倍、2 000倍液对蓝莓果蝇化蛹及羽化均有显著的抑制作用,3个剂量处理的果蝇化蛹率及羽化率最高值仅为31.11%和47.78%,低于1.2%烟碱·苦参碱可溶液剂和0.36%苦参碱可溶液剂的大多数处理。而1.8%阿维菌素乳油较高浓度(1 000倍液)处理的果蝇化蛹率和羽化率仅为15.56%和17.78%,对化蛹及羽化的抑制作用最强。
The larvae and pupae of blueberry fruit flies were treated with three kinds of biogenic insecticides respectively to study the effects of different agents on the pupation rate and emergence rate of blueberry fruit flies. It was found that the test agents had some inhibitory effect on pupation and eclosion of blueberry fruit fly. Among them, 1.8% abamectin EC at 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 times significantly inhibited pupation and eclosion of blueberry fruit fly, and the pupation rate and emergence rate of fruit fly at 3 doses were the highest Values were only 31.11% and 47.78% for most treatments below 1.2% nicotine matrine and 0.36% matrine solutions. However, the pupal rate and emergence rate of the fruit fly treated with 1.8% avermectin EC at a high concentration (1 000 times) were only 15.56% and 17.78%, respectively, which showed the strongest inhibitory effect on pupation and emergence.
