The author of the testis biopsies are inactive spermatozoon tissue cultured in different ways, observed and compared with the activity of stimuli co-cultured sperm motility. Testicular biopsies were performed on 10 patients for diagnostic purposes or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Testicular tissue was divided into three sections: The first tissue was placed in a human oviduct equilibration medium plus 6% serum and centrifuged in a 500Xg centrifuge
