2007年下半年以来,全国主要大城市的房价飞速上涨,在十一国庆前夕一系列密集的宏观政策出台后,深圳、上海等发达城市的房屋成交率开始逐渐回落。面对房价的巨大波动,中等城市房地产业该如何规避风险、减少损失。文章以保定市为例,通过分析其存在的问题,提出了未来发展的政策建议。
