研制的新干线电车 CFRP车头具有光滑流畅的外形 ,降低了成本 ,其强度与铝合金焊接结构相同。运用与 E4系列新干线电车车头形状相同的实体模型进行了多次试验 ,结果证明采用 CFRP的新干线车头结构具有令人满意的性能。本文介绍CFRP车头的研制概况。
Developed Shinkansen tram CFRP front has a smooth and fluid shape, reducing costs, the strength of the same structure and aluminum alloy welding. A number of tests were carried out using the same solid model as the E4 series Shinkansen tram and the results showed that the CFRP Shinkansen front structure had satisfactory performance. This article describes the development overview of CFRP front.
