每到学期末,学校教科室征收论文的通知会通过短信的形式发到每个教师的手机上,办公室里的教师们看到短信后反应各不一样:有的教师表现出无动于衷的样子;有的教师则在腹诽:“麻烦事又来了。”总之,我极少在自己和同事身上看到积极心理的外现。由于长期收不齐教育教学论文,学校领导只好采取严厉措施,将论文上交、获奖、发表情况与职称晋升、年度考核、评优推先直接挂钩。教师们对写论文的任务不得不去完成,不敢不去完成。于是就出
