１９８７年１月－１９９６年８月为５０例肾细胞癌患者进行了肾癌扩大根治术，其中１８例术前进行了一次性患侧肾动脉注射抗癌药及肾动脉栓塞，２例同时做了腔静脉癌栓摘除术。结果：无手术死亡，２年总存活率为９５％，３年总存活率为８５ ７％，Ⅰ－Ⅱ期效果最佳，除此之外还对术前动脉栓塞及腔静脉癌栓等进行讨论。
