为提高创业培训和创业指导的有效性,科学地认识创业的规律和特点,本研究对34名创业者样本(普通创业者18人,优秀创业者16人)进行了行为事件访谈,编制了创业胜任特征词典,形成创业胜任特征模型初稿;基于模型编制模型验证问卷,对176名创业者样本进行测试并对模型进行验证,最终形成了包含7项鉴别性胜任特征(成就导向、创新性、自信、经验开放性、决策、战略和耐受挫折)和8项基准性胜任特征(责任心、领导力、冒险倾向、概念式思考、团队整合、团队合作、关系建立、诚信)的创业胜任特征模型。
In order to improve the efficiency of entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurship guidance and scientifically understand the rules and characteristics of entrepreneurship, this study conducted interviews with behavioral events on 34 samples of entrepreneurs (18 ordinary entrepreneurs and 16 excellent entrepreneurs) A compendium of feature-based dictionaries to form a first draft of the entrepreneurial competency model; a model validation questionnaire based on a model to test 176 entrepreneurs and validate the model; finally, a set of seven competency-based competencies (achievement orientation, innovation, self-confidence , Openness of experience, decision-making, strategy and setbacks) and eight benchmarking competencies (accountability, leadership, risk-taking, conceptual thinking, team integration, teamwork, relationship building, integrity) .
