目的观察小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎IFN-γ、IL-10、IL-2表达特点,探讨IFN-γ、IL-10、IL-2在小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎发病中起的作用及意义。方法选用ICR品系雌性小鼠(8~10周龄),随机分为对照组、模型组,各组30只。每组又随机分为2、4、8 d三个时间点,每个时间点含动物10只。实验组眼球取血分离血清,用固相夹心法酶联免疫吸附法测定IFN-γ、IL-10、IL-2水平。结果实验组IFN-γ、IL-2表达水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义。IL-10变化不明显。IFN-γ、IL-2组内比较显示,4 d>8 d>2 d。结论 IFN-γ、IL-2在小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎的发病机制中可能起着重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-2 in mice with Candida albicans vaginitis and to explore the role of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-2 in the pathogenesis of Candida albicans vaginitis in mice And meaning. Methods ICR strain female mice (8-10 weeks old) were randomly divided into control group, model group and 30 rats in each group. Each group was randomly divided into three time points of 2,4,8 d, containing 10 animals at each time point. Serum samples were collected from the eyeballs of the experimental group, and the levels of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-2 were measured by solid-phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance. IL-10 change is not obvious. IFN-γ, IL-2 group comparison, 4 d> 8 d> 2 d. Conclusion IFN-γ and IL-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of Candida albicans vaginitis in mice.
