在高炉中搭配使用高低两种不同碱度的烧结矿是取消石灰石、降低焦比、改善高炉冶炼过程的有效措施。我厂在北烧生产高氧化镁自熔性烧结矿,在南烧生产高碱度(R=2.0)的烧结矿,二者按一定比例入炉。
It is an effective measure to eliminate the limestone, reduce the coke ratio and improve the blast furnace smelting process by using high and low sinter with different alkalinity in the blast furnace.
