对长、短叶片相对位置不同的离心压缩机叶轮进行数值计算,详细对比了五种叶轮的外部特性和内部流场分布。分析表明,长、短叶片相对位置不同对离心压缩机性能有很大的影响,当短叶片向长叶片吸力面旋转时,压比和效率都有所提高,改善了长叶片吸力面与短叶片压力面间通道的流动状况,有利于减少轮盖侧的通道涡和二次流现象,降低了流动损失。
Centrifugal compressor impellers with different relative positions of long and short blades were numerically calculated, and the external characteristics and internal flow field distribution of five impellers were compared in detail. The analysis shows that the relative position of long and short vanes has a great influence on the performance of centrifugal compressor. When the short vane rotates to the suction side of long vane, the pressure ratio and efficiency are improved, and the suction side and long vane The flow conditions of the passageways between the pressure surfaces are beneficial to reduce the passage vortex and secondary flow on the wheel cover side and reduce the flow loss.
