现代人患颈背脊不正的愈来愈多,这种情况发展下去,正是万病之源。至于如何预防与矫正,根据我自己总结的多年经验,现提出更简易可行的方法,同志们可依此试行之。第一,坚持良好坐姿,这会大大提高工作效率。如果我们一直小心调校自己的坐姿,会大大改变慢性颈椎、背部疼痛的形成。
