高速、大容量、低成本的现代信息存储系统是数据采集和其他应用中非常关键的部件之一,他主要包括数据的存取以及对存储器的控制和管理。介绍了基于USB2.0总线的高速大容量固态存储系统的设计与实现,系统地阐述了硬件设计、固件设计、设备驱动程序和应用程序设计以及USB接口的调试方法。目前系统工作稳定正常,USB传输平均速度达到80 Mb/s,较好地满足了系统设计要求。
High-speed, large-capacity, low-cost modern information storage systems are one of the most critical components in data acquisition and other applications. They mainly include data access and memory control and management. The design and implementation of high speed and high capacity solid state storage system based on USB2.0 bus are introduced. The hardware design, firmware design, device driver and application program design and debugging method of USB interface are expounded systematically. The current system work is stable and normal, USB transfer average speed of 80 Mb / s, to better meet the system design requirements.
