报告一例乳房外湿疹样癌。患者男,6 8岁,阴囊部反复出现瘙痒性浸润性红斑5年。皮肤科检查:双侧腹股沟区及阴茎表面、阴囊周围可见边界清楚,形状不规则,大小不一,边缘稍隆起的暗红色红斑,边缘呈淡褐色,红斑中央潮湿,糜烂,伴少量渗出,部分红斑表面较粗糙,覆着鳞屑。组织病理学检查示表皮角化过度,棘层下部可见散在湿疹样癌细胞,真皮层炎性细胞浸润,根据临床和组织病理特点诊断为:乳房外湿疹样癌。 Report a case of extramammary eczema-like cancer. Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis of the epidermis. Scattered eczema-like cancer cells and dermis inflammatory cell infiltration were observed in the lower part of the stratum spinosum. According to the clinical and histopathological features, they were diagnosed as extramammary eczema-like carcinoma.
