由于方便和可靠的原因，卡套式管接头在小直径管道中得到广泛的应用．但如果使用不当，也会发生卡套连接的失效事故．通过对一次卡套连接的失效事故研究，说明卡套在连接使用中应注意的问题．指出卡套连接时螺母应旋入１圈以上，接头应配置在便于安装的部位并在连接前进行预连接．
Due to their convenience and reliability, ferrule fittings are widely used in small diameter pipework. However, if used improperly, there will be a failure of the ferrule connection. Through the study on the failure of a ferrule connection, the problem that the ferrule should pay attention to when using the ferrule is illustrated. It indicates that the nut should be screwed in for more than one turn when the ferrule is connected. The connector should be placed in a convenient place for installation and pre-connected before connecting.
