住院病人饭菜的保暖是营养管理工作中一个極重要的問題。因为营养厨房,一般都設在距离病室較远或与病室不相連的地方。从那里把飯菜送到病室的配膳室,然后再一份份的分配,如果沒有保暖設备,等飯菜送到病人面前时往往全都冷了,特別是冬天,病人均感不滿。为了解决这个問題,我院採用了保温鍋的办法,效果很好,病人也感到滿意。茲將保温鍋的制造、用法、和优点介紹如下: 一、制造:原料要坚固、耐用、輕便和便宜。因此,我們选用鋼精,制成后,再加一層电鍍。
Inpatient warm meals are a very important issue in nutrition management. Because of nutrition kitchen, are generally located far from the ward or not connected with the ward.
