介绍的这种设计是据1973年马坎山煤矿竖井事故提出来的。需要解决的问题是:1.使井筒维修人员能从罐笼中将约定的信号有效地传递给地面的卷扬司机和井口信号工;2.检测松绳或其先兆,并将情况报告给可以采取措施的地点;3.使井筒维修人员与卷扬司机、井口信号工之间通话。监测松绳的手段是监测罐笼悬吊架的张力。采用导向无线电技术,利用提升钢绳作为传输介质,信号由固定在罐笼上的螺旋管
