本文在对酒店员工服务中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了对应的应对策略,对于提升酒店员工服务水平,提升酒店企业的服务水平,在公众心目中树立良好的形象,具有重要的现实意义。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the service of hotel staff, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
