针对大中型水电站钢蜗壳焊缝处的削坡构造使钢衬与混凝土的接触面具有非平滑的特点,以拉西瓦水电站垫层蜗壳结构的某子午断面为例,分别采用平面轴对称壳单元和实体单元描述钢衬并建立相应的数值模型,研究了非平滑接触面对钢衬-混凝土间的滑移及传力行为的影响.计算结果表明:下半部钢衬向腰线端的滑移会受到削坡构造的阻滞作用,削坡构造附近会交替出现局部脱空区和集中传力区.在考虑了接触面的非平滑特点后,钢衬与混凝土之间传力水平的提高并不明显(5%以内),这说明当前采用壳单元描述钢衬的常用简化处理方式对于结构设计是适宜的.
In view of the slope-cut structure at the weld of steel spiral case in large and medium-sized hydropower stations, the contact surface between steel liner and concrete has non-smooth features. Taking a meridian section of volute structure of Laxiwa hydropower station as an example, The shell element and the solid element describe the steel liner and establish the corresponding numerical model to study the influence of the non-smooth contact surface on the slip and force transmission between the steel liner and the concrete.The calculation results show that the steel liner on the lower half Slip will be blocked by the cutting slope structure, partial cut-off area and concentrated force transmission area will alternately appear near the cutting slope structure.After considering the non-smooth characteristics of the contact surface, the force transfer between the steel lining and the concrete The improvement is insignificant (less than 5%), indicating that the current simplified method of describing steel linings using shell elements is suitable for structural design.
