一般裂缝补强的方法是顺裂缝钻成间距为20~50cm的小孔,孔内用粘结材料固定金属套管,然后用掺有填料的胶料腻子把裂缝抹平,腻子干硬后用特制的注入泵把粘结材料注入裂缝内。粘结材料干硬后切去外露的套管。新西伯利亚铁路运输工程学院研制成一种新的裂缝补强工艺,与目前采用的方法的不同之处是,用注入器喷嘴直接注入,喷嘴紧贴混凝土表面,每隔20~50cm粘在裂缝处的橡胶垫圈上,此垫圈能保证以10MPa外力注入粘结材料而接头不漏。
The general method of crack reinforcement is to drill a hole with a pitch of 20-50 cm along the crack. A special injection pump injects the bonding material into the crack. The adhesive material is dried and the exposed sleeve is cut off.
