Objective To analyze the influencing factors of blood test results of unpaid blood donors and to provide valid data for the promotion of blood donation. Methods All selected donors from our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. Blood samples of blood donors were collected and analyzed. Blood samples were collected from blood donors of different ages and sexes. Results Among blood donors, the passing rate of blood test was 97.66%, and the difference of blood test results was statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference of anti-HIV between blood donors of different ages did not reach statistical significance. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Strengthening knowledge-based education of unpaid blood donation and detection of transfusion-transmitted diseases can reduce the failure rate of ALT.
