目的探讨综合摄片法在矫治错位阻生牙中的作用及价值评价。材料与方法我们对 ４８例不同位置的 ８７颗严重错位阻生前牙，分别在全景Ｘ线片、口内根尖片、综合摄片法及Ｘ线ＣＴ扫描等定位诊断下，采取手术开窗－牵引导萌－正畸治疗系列手段，进行了治疗。结果成功率 ８３． ３３％，失败的８例中，６例均与单一Ｘ线定位诊断有关。结论综合摄片法对严重错位阻生芽的定位诊断、临床应用价值高，可减少手术创伤，缩短疗程。
Objective To investigate the effect and value of comprehensive radiography in the treatment of dislocation-resistant impacted teeth.
